What You'll Do:
As our Senior AI Expert, you'll be at the forefront of our LLM initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing and Implementing LLM Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy advanced LLM-based solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
- Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, evaluate new models and techniques, and integrate promising approaches into our projects.
- Model Fine-tuning and Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and datasets, and optimize their performance for efficiency and accuracy.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompt strategies to maximize the effectiveness of LLMs for various applications.
- Integration and Deployment: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate LLM solutions into our existing systems and ensure seamless deployment.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the AI team.
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for prototyping, experimentation, and production deployment of LLM-powered applications.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive Experience with LLMs: Demonstrated hands-on experience with various Large Language Models (e.g., GPT series, Llama, Gemini, Mistral) and their practical applications.
- Solid AI/ML Foundation: Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Proficiency in Python: Expert-level Python programming skills are essential, along with experience in relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Software Development Acumen: Proven ability to write production-ready code, including experience with software design patterns, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML models.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
