  • Sales strategy
    • Leading role (in co-operation with the CxOs) in the set-up of
    • Sales goals in mid term (3 years) and short term (1 year)
    • Sales strategy for reaching these goals (Vision-Strategy-Action structure)
    • Business plan - both revenue and costs (CoSales and CoMarketing incl. people)
    • Sales plan - direct/ indirect, channels, means, resources
    • Marketing plan - inbound/ outbound activities, events, resources
    • Guidance principles & reporting for managing all of above
  • Sales Execution
    • Execution of the Actions set-up in the strategy
    • Leading / managing of sales/ marketing team
    • Pipeline of the whole team
    • Regular sales review with the team
    • Direct engagement with key accounts and partners
    • Contract negotiation
    • Handing over the closed deals and cooperation with delivery managers in after-sales phase
    • Reporting
    • Permanent iterative updates of Strategy/ Action plans with relation to the operational reports
    • Evaluating new initiatives/ pilots in BD
    • On-line pipeline and all sales activities reporting
    • Monthly biz. review with the CxO team
  • Marketing Execution
    • Operational management of sales/marketing team in
    • Lead generation process
    • Execution of campaigns
    • Intro and follow-up calls
    • Establishment and management of business partnerships
    • Organizational and alliance memberships
    • Trade fair visits
    • Regular communication with partners
    • Content generation for posts on SN, web, newsletter, events, ...
    • Updates of marketing materials
